Michelle Waters
Nurse Practitioner & Primary Care Provider Serving Southern Utah
Hurricane Family Nurse Practitioner, Michelle Waters, has more than 29 years of experience in healthcare. With a background in Internal Medicine, Michelle Waters provides each patient with individualized and whole-patient care to ensure that they achieve optimal wellness and quality of life. She prioritizes the personal relationships she has with each of her patients and is passionate about helping them live the happiest and healthiest life possible.
Michelle Waters has worked in various medical environments, though she especially values her time working in the emergency room. She also spent time working in labor and delivery as well as internal medicine general medicine. She always felt inspired to provide independent care to her patients, a calling that led her to pursue her degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner in Hurricane. She loves that her degree has allowed her to build strong relationships with her patients over the years through personalized care.
Today, as the owner of Chelle Health & MedSpa, Michelle Waters serves southern Utah as a primary care provider and medical-grade cosmetic treatment facilitator. Michelle Waters treats patients over 18 for complex chronic conditions such as diabetes, HTN, hypothyroidism, hyperlipidemia, depression, anxiety, and other conditions.
She also offers acute care and preventative screenings, weight loss, hormone therapy management, testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), women’s health (including pap smears), and men’s health. Michelle Waters also personally performs cosmetic injections in our Hurricane Medical Spa and serves as the Medical Director for Chelle Health & MedSpa. Michelle is happily married to her husband, Gabe, and together, they have seven daughters and several grandchildren. She loves spending time with her family and friends, and enjoys running, cycling, and visiting the ocean every opportunity she gets. Michelle and Gabe are proud and active members of the Hurricane community, and Michelle is excited to contribute to health and wellness in southern Utah through her private practice.
